Drafting Fees

Drafting Retainer Fee: $250

This fee is required before any design work will begin.  Once drafting begins, the retainer fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Plans under 3000 square feet

.50 cents/sq. ft. for main level

.30 cents/sq. ft. for upper level

.30 cents/sq. ft. for basement level

No charge for Garages or Porches unless the Garage is detached or the Porch is a Wrap Around

Porch then it is calculated at .30 cents/sq. ft.

.70 cents/sq. ft. for main level

.40 cents/sq. ft. for upper level

.40 cents/sq. ft. for basement level

No charge for Garages or Porches unless the Garage is detached or the Porch is a Wrap Around

Porch then it is calculated at .40 cents/sq. ft.

Payment Schedule

1st payment: $250 Drafting Retainer Fee

2nd Payment: 1/2 of total drafting fee - paid upon delivery of .pdf of preliminary plans

3rd and Final Payment: Balance after 1st and 2nd payments are deducted - at delivery of plans.

Disclaimer

I am not an Architect, I am a Drafting Designer.  Please advise your builder.  I provide you with 5 sets of plans via .pdf file at 1/4 scale.  I can also print the plans up to Arch D (24 x 36 sheets).

You / Your builder are/is responsible to make sure the design complies with all local codes and ordinances.  The foundation plan does not include pier placement.
